At the Satsunaigawa Dam, located in the Tokachi River basin in Hokkaido, water releases will be conducted on the dates listed below to secure storage capacity in preparation for the flood season and to restore the Satsunai River’s gravel bar.
During the release period, the water level of the Satsunai River will rise, so please stay away from the water’s edge.
