[ニューヨーク １０日 ロイター] – 米実業家イーロン・マスク氏が率いる宇宙会社スペースＸはナスダックへの株式上場を検討している。関係筋４人が明らかにした。史上最大の新規株式公開（ＩＰＯ）となる可能性がある。
うち２人の関係筋によると、スペースＸはナスダック１００指数(.NDX), opens new tabへの早期組み入れを望んでおり、ナスダック上場の必須条件としている。計画は変更される可能性もあるという。
ロイターはこれまで、スペースＸが早ければ６月にもＩＰＯを計画していると報じている。
ニューヨーク証券取引所も上場誘致を争っているが、どちらの取引所も決定について知らされていないと複数の関係者が明らかにした。
ナスダック社(NDAQ.O), opens new tabが所有するナスダック１００は大手機関投資家から最高の優良株指数と見なされている。
ナスダックは先月、新規上場の大型企業がナスダック１００指数に採用されるスピードを速める可能性のある新たな規則を提案した。
