［１８日 ロイター］ – 欧州への今年の海外観光客は今年、中国やインドの伸びが米国の減速が補う見通しであることが欧州の旅行団体の調査で分かった。
欧州各国の観光当局を代表する非営利組織、欧州観光委員会（ＥＴＣ）が１８日公表した調査によると、今年の欧州大陸への海外観光客数は６．２％増加する見込み。中国は前年比２８％増、インドは９％増で、米州は４．２％の伸びにとどまると予想されている。
ＥＴＣは「欧州は信頼できる旅行先として際立った存在であり、柔軟性のある旅行や体験重視の旅程への需要変化に対応する好位置にある」と述べた。
調査によると、２０２５年の欧州での旅行支出は９．７％増加したもよう。
