沿岸地震の規模（マグニチュード）は7.0と推定されます

日本の気象庁震度階級に換算すると、震度5強程度の揺れが発生したとみられます。 
この地震による津波被害の心配はありません。

Epicenter Western North America Northern California, USA The scale (magnitude) of the coastal earthquake is estimated to be 7.0 When converted to the Japan Meteorological Agency’s seismic intensity scale, the earthquake appears to have occurred at an intensity level of 5 or above.  There is no worry about tsunami damage from this earthquake.
