［北京 １７日 ロイター］ – 中国を訪問しているドイツのクリングバイル財務相は１７日、中国の何立峰副首相と会談し、 何氏がレアアース（希土類）を巡る問題を解決する意向を示したと明らかにした。
クリングバイル氏によると、鉄鋼に対する関税措置についても協議を行い、過剰生産能力を巡る問題で共通の解決策を模索していくことで一致した。このほか、台湾情勢を注視していると中国側に伝えたと明らかにした。
