［ブダペスト／ブリュッセル ２２日 ロイター］ – ハンガリーは２２日、ウクライナ経由でロシア産原油を東欧に送る「ドルジバ・パイプライン」を通した原油輸送が再開されたことを受け、欧州連合（ＥＵ）によるウクライナに対する９００億ユーロ（約１０５８億ドル）の融資に対する拒否権を取り下げた。これを受け、ＥＵ加盟２７カ国は２３日までにウクライナ向け融資の実施を正式に決定するとみられる。
ハンガリーの石油大手ＭＯＬ(MOLB.BU), opens new tabはこの日、ドルジバ・パイプラインの原油輸送が再開されたとウクライナから連絡を受けたとし、２３日までにハンガリーとスロバキアに原油が到達するとの見通しを示した。業界関係筋も同パイプラインの原油輸送の再開を確認。その直後、ＥＵはブリュッセルで開いていた大使級会合で、ウクライナに対する融資を承認した。
ウクライナのゼレンスキー大統領は、ＥＵの決定について「正しいシグナル」と歓迎。「ウクライナへの支援とロシアに対する圧力の双方があって初めて、ロシアが戦争を終わらせるためのインセンティブが生まれる」とＸに投稿した。
ドルジバ・パイプラインはウクライナ国内の施設が１月にロシアの攻撃を受けたため原油輸送が長期間停止。同パイプライン経由のロシア産原油に依存するハンガリーなどが反発し、ウクライナに対するＥＵの融資実施を阻止していた。
